1. first you have do some warm up exercise like push up for hands wide legged squat for legs to warm up.
2. second you have jog atleast 2 to 3 hours and take rest. after rest you eat small amount of carbohydrates food like eggs,salmon,etc.,
3. after eat you start your warm up and swim atleast 1 to 2 hours. swimming is the best powerful way to burn calories.
4. confirm you have to exercise 5 hours daily in last day of the month you the best result. but one condition eat low carbohydrates foods
